Prof. P. Pius Moras who has a background of philosophy and theology is a gold medalist in Psychology from University of Mumbai, India. He has completed his Masters in Administration from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, India.

He has over 42 years of experience in the Educational, Development and industrial sectors and brings with him the rich experience as a postgraduate teacher, motivational speaker, counsellor, writer, administrator etc.

His last assignment was as a Faculty of General Management and Human Resources (HR) at the N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies and Research (NLDIMSR), Mumbai, India; wherein he taught various General Management and HR subjects to MBA students which included subjects like Business Communication, Principles of Management, Management of Change, Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, Soft Skills, Human Resource Management and Behavioural Dynamics.

At NLDIMSR, he was also the Chairman of Alumni Connect and Social Responsibility Programs of the Institute wherein he was in close contact with over 7000 alumni from all over the world and was instrumental in enriching the value based life of MBA students by involving them in the various Social Responsibility programs as the future leaders of tomorrow.

In late 80s and early 90s he was the Director of a post graduate Institute under University of Pune, India wherein the students enrolled for Masters Programs in Social Work, Human Resources and Mass Media. For over a decade he has also worked as the Regional Head (Gujarat State, India) at the Aga Khan Education Service, India wherein he was overseeing the efficient running various centres of excellence and the educational programs of the Organisation by guiding the Principals, teachers, staff and students as leaders, change agents and ambassadors of the Organisation.

He loves working with the young ignited minds not only to guide them academically but also make them internally strong so as to face challenges of life and persevere in their journey of excellence.
